What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to an enquiry, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you request a quote we store your name, email address, the town or ZIP code you gave, the type of screen you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to reply, arrange your measurement and, if the job goes ahead, keep a record of it for the warranty. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months. Records for completed installations are kept for as long as the warranty runs, so that we can honour a claim years later.
Asking us to delete it
Email contact@avascreens.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
